You don't need more contacts.
You need a room where you're known.

You're surrounded by people. Your calendar is full. Your network is wide. And still, when you sit down to think through something that actually matters, you find yourself doing it alone.

The Open Table is a different kind of room. Small enough that everyone participates. Honest enough that you can bring something real. Curated so that the people across from you actually care about what you're working through.

Who's at the table

Built for how you show up.

The Open Table is for the curious and the still-becoming. The builders, the collaborators, the people who have been looking for somewhere to bring their real thinking. The people navigating something or working alongside a question they cannot quite answer on their own. The ones who keep asking what is next and what is underneath, who care more about real conversation than polished performance, and who want to grow alongside people who think the way they do.

If you have been looking for that room, you have found it.

What every session creates.

The structure

The shape of every session.

Each session has two halves.

The first half is your board of advisors. You bring something you're actively navigating — something you're building, a decision you're sitting with, a challenge at work, a hard conversation ahead. The room helps you think through it in a way you couldn't on your own.

The second half is self-discovery. We use Gay Hendricks' Zone of Genius framework to explore what's uniquely yours to bring — the work that makes you feel most alive, the thing people already come to you for, the way of thinking that's so natural you've stopped noticing it's rare. In an age where AI can do almost anything, knowing what's distinctly yours is the work that matters most.

Over four sessions, we move through the full arc: Excellence, Competence, Incompetence, and finally Genius. By the end, you have language for what's uniquely yours to bring, and a group of people who know how you think.

01 / Worked through

You bring something real.

An idea you're shaping, a decision you're sitting with, or a problem you've been turning over for weeks. The room becomes your board of advisors and helps you think through it in a way you couldn't on your own.

02 / Discovered

You uncover what's yours.

Through the Zone of Genius arc, you discover the work that makes you feel most alive and the thing people already come to you for. In the age of AI, this is the work that matters most.

03 / Connected

You leave with your people.

Not contacts. A small group of advisors and collaborators who know what you are working on, who you can count on for honest perspective, and who you grow alongside — in your work, in what you are building, in your life.
